OSI was founded in January 2009 by Leslie Collis Clarke. OSI’s name was derived from advice given to her by her mother shortly after her 18 year old brother passed away from testicular cancer. Leslie's mom said “Les, you only get one spin in life, don’t blow it." Leslie was ten years old.
